Accumulated Cold Hours

  • Counties
  • Cold hours

Accumulated number of hours of cold (total hours with temperatures below 7.2ºC), observed in meteorological stations, since October 1st (until April 30th) for fruit trees in Mainland Portugal), updated daily until 10:30 UTC.

The information provided shows the number of hours calculated in each automatic weather station, the number of estimated cold hours and the percentage of data considered as failures.

It should be noted that the estimated number of cold hours is obtained with the coefficient of proportion of failures in the station. The map uses the limits of the Counties.

Legend

HFP estimated - Estimated cold hours, accumulated monthly amount

HFP - Accumulated cold hours since October

TFP - Percentage of failures since the beginning of the period
