Geosciences Summer School

IPMA is pleased to announce the application period for enrollment in the 2023 Summer School "Coastal Geosystem Services: The Ria Formosa Case Study", which runs until June 7.

Our initiative will take place at the IPMA Station in Tavira/Algarve, between the 10th and 16th of September, and is aimed at master's and doctoral students in the areas of Marine, Earth and Environmental Sciences.

The Summer School focuses on a practical aspect of geosciences with a focus on coastal geosystem services and how they are affected by changes in the coastal environment.

This event is funded by EEA Grants and taught by recognized researchers from Lisbon and Algarve Universities, as well as IPMA´s and invited specialists.
