State Laboratories Seminar

On the 18th of April, will take place the "II Seminar "Research in State Laboratories and the Construction of a Safe and More Resilient Society" in the auditorium of the Laboratório Nacional de Engenharia Civil (LNEC), at Avenida do Brasil, 101 , Lisbon.

The Seminar aims to show the interrelationship and role of state laboratories (IPMA, LNEC, INIAV, INSA, LNEG, IH and DGT) in matters of great importance for modern societies such as climate change, natural resources, security food security, civil security and the health and well-being of populations, as well as the contribution of science and applied research to strategic decisions for the country in these areas.

The event is promoted within the scope of the Forum of Scientific Councils of State Laboratories.
