VI Symposium on Reproductive Ecology

2024-07-03 (IPMA)

The VI Ibero-American Symposium on Reproductive Ecology, Recruitment and Fisheries (VI SIBECORP) will take place in Lisbon (Portugal), at the Portuguese Institute of the Sea and Atmosphere (IPMA-Algés) between 11 and 15 November 2024.

The VI SIBECORP is organised by IPMA, I.P. and the Spanish Institute of Oceanography (IEO-CSIC), with the support of the Ibero-American Research Network for the Sustainable Use of Fisheries Resources (INVIPESCA).

SIBECORP is already one of the most important scientific discussion forums for promoting and applying the ecosystem approach to assessing Ibero-American fisheries. For five days, around 100 researchers and students in the marine and fisheries sciences will be at IPMA to attend the lectures, courses and workshops on the agenda of the VI SIBECORP.

We consider it of great interest to be able to count on the participation of all those who work or have an interest in this area and we hope that the participation and contributions of researchers/students will be a valuable asset to the success of the event.

See more about registration below.

Note: registration has been extended until July 30th
