Project INTEGRATE Nomination

On December 13, 2021 we received aboard the research vessel (RV) Mário Ruivo the visit of 40 students of the 1st year of the Degree in Environmental and Marine Technologies of the Setúbal School of Technology of the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal. The guided tour to the RV Mário Ruivo had the support of the crew and the team of the Research Vessels and Observatories Unit (NNIO) of IPMA, which explained the importance of research vessels in the study of the ocean and the generation of scientific knowledge. The visit was organized by IPMA with the support of the Lisbon Naval Base.
