Earthquake occurred in Nepal, with a magnitude of 7.4

On the 12th May 2015, at 07:05 UTC, an earthquake occurred in Nepal, with a magnitude of 7.4 (moment magnitude). The epicenter was located about 80km East of Katmandu, and the focal depth was estimated as 15km.
This was, until now, the largest aftershock of the event occurred in 25th April (magnitude of 7.8). The epicenter was located about 150km to the East of the epicenter of the main shock.
According to the focal mechanism already disseminated by the USGS, the earthquake was originated on a thrust fault in the region where the Indian Plate collides with the Eurasia Plate.
The earthquake was recorded in all stations of the national seismic network. The first waves were detected in Bragança at 08:16:55 (local time) [In annex: Examples of records in several seismic stations]
